摘要
结合超深水钻井船试采模块的布局特点,以安全性、经济性、方便性作为试采处理装置的布局目标,确定目标函数和约束条件,建立试采模块布局数学模型。采用一种基于模拟退火算法思想的改进遗传算法,使用适应度尺度变换处理方法,最终获得试采模块的布局方案。仿真结果表明,改进后的遗传算法和布局方案能够有效求解试采处理模块的布局问题。
The characteristics of the trial-production module of the ultra-deepwater drilling ship are analyzed.The safety,economy and convenience are chosen as the layout targets of the trial-production device,the design objective function and constraint condition are defined,and the mathematical model of the layout of trial-production module is established.An improved genetic algorithm based on the idea of simulated annealing algorithm is adopted,and the fitness scale transformation method is used.The layout scheme of trial-production module is achieved.The simulation results show that the improved genetic algorithm and layout scheme can effectively solve the layout problem of trial production processing module.
