摘要
现存规范对自升式钻井平台贯入阻力进行计算时,将桩靴等效为与其最大横截面面积相等的扁平圆薄板,转而对扁平薄板进行计算分析。这种方法忽略了桩靴实际外形对贯入阻力的影响,需对此简化方法的合理性进行验证。取4种不同外形的桩靴(其最大横截面积相等),运用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对4种桩靴进行实形建模,并在不同地质条件下采用耦合欧拉拉格朗日(Coupled Eulerian Lagrangian, CEL)法对其进行插桩模拟。计算结果表明:在相同地质条件下,不同外形桩靴的贯入阻力存在差异,但差值都在10%以内,验证了规范对桩靴简化处理的合理性。
The penetration resistance of the jack-up drilling rigs is calculated based on the existing specifications,all spudcans are equivalent to a round sheet with the equal largest cross-sectional area,and then the sheet is calculated and analyzed.The influence of the shape of the spudcans on the penetration resistance is ignored in this method,and the rationality of this simplified method needs to be verified.Four shapes of spudcans with equal maximum cross-sectional area are selected.ABAQUS finite element analysis software is used to model the actual shape of the four spudcans.Coupled Euler-Lagrangian(CEL)method is used to perform the penetration simulation under different geological conditions.The calculation results show that the penetration resistance of the four spudcans in different shapes is different under the same geological conditions,but the difference is within 10%,so the rationality of the simplification is verified.
