手术室细节护理保障肝脏移植手术护理安全的效果观察

Effect Observation on Detailed Nursing in Operating Room on Ensuring Nursing Safety During Liver Transplantation

目的分析细节护理在保障肝脏移植手术护理安全中的应用效果.方法选取2019年5-6月,在全麻下行肝脏移植手术患者共68例,将其随机分成两组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组采取手术室细节护理干预,观察比较两组的护理效果.结果观察组34例患者对护理工作的质量评价达到(97.47±1.89)分,而对照组34名患者对护理工作的质量评价达到(76.43±3.67)分,前者明显高于后者(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理满意程度评价明显较高,达到了100.00%,而对照组中患者对护理的满意度仅达61.77%,前者显著高于后者(P<0.05).结论细节护理在肝脏移植手术中的应用可以保障手术护理安全,提高护理质量和护理满意度.

Objective To analyze the application effect of detail nursing in operating room on ensuring nursing safety during liver transplantation. Methods 68 patients who underwent liver transplantation in our hospital from May to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing while the observation group received detailed nursing in the operating room. The nursing effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The evaluation of nursing quality in the observation group was (97.47±1.89) points, while the evaluation of nursing quality in the control group was (76.43±3.67) points. The former was significantly higher than the latter, and there were significant differences between the groups (P < 0.05). The patients in the observation group had a higher satisfaction with the nursing work, reaching 100.00%, while the patients in the control group had only 61.77% satisfaction with the nursing work. The former was also significantly higher than the latter, and there were significant differences between the groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Detailed nursing in operating room can improve nursing quality and nursing satisfaction in the safety of surgical nursing.
