室性心动过速的导管消融进展

Progress about catheter ablation of ventricular tachycardia

室性心动过速(简称室速)可直接导致患者心脏性猝死。针对室速治疗的药物及疗效有限。随着导管介入技术的发展,如今导管消融治疗室速已成为研究热点。本文针对导管消融治疗室速的研究进展作一综述。

Ventricular tachycardia(VT) may directly lead to sudden cardiac death for patients. It’s hard to treat VT since the drug treatment and its effect are limited. With the development of catheter interventional techniques,nowadays catheter ablation therapy has became a hot deal with ventricular tachycardia. This paper will summarize the progress about catheter ablation of VT.
