西北五省旅游潜在竞争力评价及障碍因素诊断分析

Evaluation of Tourism Potential Competitiveness and Diagnostic Analysis of Obstacle Factors in Five Provinces of Northwest China

以我国西北五省为研究区域,从旅游资源潜力、旅游人才潜力、旅游设施潜力、经济发展潜力4个方面,构建旅游潜在竞争力评价指标体系,运用熵权法、聚类分析法及障碍因素诊断模型,测度分析和评价区域内各单位旅游潜在竞争力水平,探索分析旅游潜在竞争力的影响因素。结果表明:新疆、甘肃、陕西为一类地区,旅游潜在竞争力水平均较高,旅游开发价值较大;青海为二类地区,旅游潜在竞争力水平一般,旅游开发价值一般;宁夏为三类地区,旅游潜在竞争力水平较低,旅游开发价值较低,且与其它四个地区差距较大。自然保护区面积、风景名胜区面积、湿地面积、旅游从业人数、旅游院校学生数与财政收入增长速度等指标是五省旅游潜在竞争力水平的主要障碍因素,旅游资源和旅游设施是两大主要因子。

Taking the five provinces of northwest China as the research area, from four aspects: the potential of tourism resources, the potential of tourism talents, the potential of tourism facilities and the potentiality of economic development to construct the evaluation index system of tourism potential competitiveness, entropy method, cluster analysis method and diagnostic model of obstacle factors are used to measure and evaluate the level of tourism potential competitiveness of each unit in the region, and to explore and analyze the influencing factors of tourism potential competitiveness.The results show that:(1) Xinjiang, Gansu and Shanxi are the first kind of areas, the level of potential competitiveness of tourism is high, the value of tourism development is large;Qinghai is the second kind of area, the level of potential competitiveness of tourism is general, the value of tourism development is general;Ningxia is three kinds of areas, the level of potential competitiveness of tourism is low, the value of tourism development is low, and the gap between Ningxia and the other four regions is large.(2)The area of nature reserve, the area of scenic spot, the area of wetland, the number of tourism employees, the number of students in tourism colleges and universities and the growth rate of financial revenue are the main obstacles to the level of potential competitiveness of tourism in the five provinces;tourism resources and tourism facilities are the two main factors.
