The Role of Comparative Law Research In The International Rule of Law of “Belt and Road Initiative”

共建“一带一路”的国际法治需要比较法学研究继续发挥重要作用。比较法学研究在培养适应“一带一路”共建亟需的高素质国际法治人才方面的作用不可替代。完善国际法治治理体系,保障和引领“一带一路”共建实现高质量发展,共同构建人类命运共同体,对比较法学研究成果和人才的需求更加迫切。因此,应全面强化比较法学研究与教育在培养高素质国际法治人才方面的基础性工作,全方位加强国际法治建设合作,探索构建适合“一带一路”共建的国际法治规则体系的路径,积极开展中美经贸关系发展的法治研究,注重开展以运用和积极完善WTO为基础的多边经贸框架和机制的研究,密切关注APEC、TPP和TTIP的进展,做好应对和引导的前沿性前瞻性研究,积极为维护多边贸易体制、推进世界治理体系和治理能力现代化提供适应性强的公共产品和高素质国际法治人才。

The international rule of law of Belt and Road Initiative needs to continue to play an important role in the study of comparative law. The role of comparative law research in cultivating high-quality international talents ruled by law to adapt to Belt and Road Initiative's joint construction is irreplaceable. To improve the international governance system of the rule of law,to ensure and lead“Belt and Road Initiative”to jointly build and realize high-quality development and jointly build a community with a shared future for mankind,the demand for comparative legal research results and talents is more urgent. Therefore,we should comprehensively strengthen the basic work of comparative law research and education in the training of high-quality international talents ruled by law,strengthen international cooperation in the construction of the rule of law in an all-round way,and explore the way to build an international rule of law system suitable for the co-construction of “Belt and Road Initiative”.We will actively carry out research on the rule of law in the development of Sino-US economic and trade relations,pay attention to the study of multilateral economic and trade frameworks and mechanisms based on the good use and improvement of WTO,and pay close attention to the progress of APEC、TPP and TTIP. We will do a good job in dealing with and guiding forward-looking research to provide public goods for maintaining the multilateral trading system and promoting the modernization of the world governance system and governance capacity.
