Research on the Growth Process of Technological Entrepreneurs’ Entrepreneurship

企业的持续成长过程问题是一个值得研究的现实问题。基于企业家技术专长的视角,采用文献和案例相结合的研究方法,通过分析企业家技术专长、企业家认知、市场导向、机会识别、资源拼凑间关系来探究技术型企业家创业及持续成长的内在过程问题。研究发现:技术型企业家借助其技术专长的积累,能在其擅长的专业技术领域内高效识别和抓取机会创建新企业;在企业经营过程中,技术型企业家通过不断拓展其技术专长而深化对行业的认知,从而不断识别和把握住新的发展机会将企业不断推向更高的平台以实现快速成长。

Entrepreneurial process of technological entrepreneurs is a hot topic worth studying.Based on the perspective of technology expertise, this paper explores the growth process of entrepreneurship through the analysis of the relationship among technology expertise, entrepreneurship cognition, market orientation,opportunity recognition,resource patchwork,combining literature research with case study.Through the case study, it is found that: With the accumulation of technological expertise, technological entrepreneurs can effectively identify and seize opportunities for entrepreneurship development in the field of their expertise.In the process of entrepreneurship, technological entrepreneurs deepen their understanding of the industry by expanding their technological expertise, so as to continuously identify and grasp the new development opportunities to push enterprises to higher platforms to achieve rapid development.
