The Design of Automatic Control System of Water Works Based on Siemens PLCS7-300

自来水厂自动控制系统以西门子PLCS7-300为核心,在优化水处理方案的基础上,通过适当运行控制模式的选取来实现全厂用电设备的运行状态监测,并根据在线仪表监测数据来对工艺设备运行状况进行自动调整,从而在确保出水水质的前提下切实降低处理过程的物耗、能耗及人工费用,实现自来水厂高效、安全且经济的运行。

Based on an optimized water treatment plan,operation status monitoring of power equipment in the whole plant can be achieved by using automatic control system of water works based on Siemens PLCS7-300.In addition,process equipment adjustment can be achieved,and the material consumption,energy consumption and labor costs of the process can be reduced by using the system.
