摘要 220kVGIS隔离开关是密封设备,外部不能直接观察内部设备到位情况,只能借助外部指示和机构指示牌的指示方式间接体现,在设备运行时不利于判断隔离开关真实状态。例如,某500kV变电站220kVGIS隔离开关由于分合闸不到位,引发事故,造成大面积的停电。针对隔离开关分、合闸位置指示方式存在的缺点,研制出一种安装在直接与刀闸静触头连接的拐臂上的指示装置,能够准确指示刀闸分、合闸是否到位,达到提高设备运行可靠性、减少设备运行人员误操作的目的。 220 kV GIS isolation switch is a sealing device.The external cannot directly observe the internal equipment in place,but can only be reflected indirectly by means of external indicator and indicator board.It is not conducive to judge the real state of the isolation switch when the equipment is running.For example,the failure of 220 kV GIS isolation switch in a 500 kV substation to open and close in place causes an accident,resulting in a large area of power failure.In view of the shortcomings in the indicating mode of the opening and closing position of the disconnecting switch,an indicating device is developed,which is installed on the crank arm directly connected with the static contact of the knife brake,and can accurately indicate whether the device is in position or not,so as to improve the operation reliability of the equipment and reduce the misoperation of the equipment operators.
