摘要 电力作为现代文明的产物,推动了社会进步,服务了居民生产生活,在国家建设中发挥的作用是无可取代的。人们赖以维持的各种传统能源,如煤炭资源,或者正着力发展的太阳能、水力发电甚至核能源等,最终都是通过建成发电站、并网发电的方式来实现效益效能的最大化。但是,电力应用有一个重要前提,就是要做好电力系统的安全保障,避免安全事故。因此,对电力系统安全保障工作中的继电保护调试问题进行了探讨,提出了妥善保障继电保护工作效果的方法,对电力系统加强电力安全风险把控、提高电力安全生产系数有积极作用。 As a product of modern civilization,electric power plays an irreplaceable role in promoting social progress, serving the production and life of residents and national construction.All kinds of traditional energy we rely on to maintain, such as coal resources,or solar,hydroelectric and even nuclear energy,which are being developed now,are ultimately maximized by building power stations and grid-connected power generation.However,there is an important prerequisite for the application of electric power,which is to ensure the safety of power system and avoid safety accidents.It confirms that the debugging of relay protection based on the work of power system security assurance is discussed,and the method to properly guarantee the effect of relay protection is found,which has a positive role in strengthening the risk control of power system security and improving the safety factor of power production.
