摘要 随着我国社会和经济的不断发展以及供给侧结构性改革的不断推进,冷链消费需求发生转型升级,消费者产生的新需求推动着冷链物流行业的前进,但我国冷链物流体系建设尚不全面,行业发展存在问题。文中以消费需求升级作为切入点,总结冷链物流新动能的概念,将其分为新技术、新模式、新业态、新产业四类,研究冷链物流的现状和新动能的发展情况,在此基础上构建出冷链物流新动能指数,并将该指数应用到沈阳市的冷链物流现状评估上,深入考察冷链物流新动能的发展态势,对推动冷链物流产业经济增长和加快行业变革具有重要的意义。 With the continuous development of China’s society and economy and the continuous reform of supply-side structural reform,the demand for cold chain consumption has been transformed and upgraded. The new demand generated by consumers has promoted the advancement of the cold chain logistics industry,but China’s cold chain logistics The system construction is still not comprehensive,and there are problems in the development o1 f the industry. Taking the upgrading of consumer demand as the entry point,the concept of new kinetic energy of cold chain logistics is summarized,which is divided into four categories: new technology,new mode,new business mode and new industry. The status quo of cold chain logistics and the development of new kinetic energy are studied. On this basis,the new kinetic energy index of cold chain logistics is constructed,and the index is applied to the assessment of the status quo of cold chain logistics in Shenyang City. The development trend of new kinetic energy of cold chain logistics is deeply investigated,and the economic growth and acceleration of the cold chain logistics industry are promoted. Industry change is of great significance.
