智能快递柜在城市末端物流应用现状及发展对策研究——以苏州为例

Research on the Application Status and Development Strategy of the Intelligent Express Cabinet in Urban Terminal Logistics——In the Case of Suzhou

近年来,国内快递市场快速扩张中,衍生出来的快递柜行业也正在成长中,自快递柜进入末端市场以来,就凭借灵活性、安全性和便捷性等优点,获得了大量消费者的认可,文中主要研究智能快递柜在苏州的发展现状,通过对部分住宅区、CBD写字楼、快递公司及学校走访调查和发放问卷的方式,深入了解智能快递柜推广使用情况,总结分析智能快递柜在寄取件服务、覆盖范围、使用便利性等方面存在的问题,并结合相关理论知识及先进经验就其后续发展提供优化建议。

In recent years,with the rapid expansion of the domestic express market,the derived express cabinet industry is also growing.Since the express cabinet entered the terminal market,it has gained the recognition of a large number of consumers by virtue of its flexibility,security and convenience.This paper mainly studies the development status of intelligent express cabinet in Suzhou,through the investigation of some residential areas,CBD office buildings,express companies and schools.And the way of issuing questionnaires,in-depth understanding of the promotion and use of intelligent express cabinet,summarize and analyze the problems of intelligent express cabinet in terms of service,coverage,ease of use and other aspects,and provide optimization suggestions for its follow-up development combined with relevant theoretical knowledge and advanced experience.
