Study on Function Planning of New Retail Fresh Cold Chain Intelligent Logistics Platform

新零售业态下,生鲜冷链物流企业向智慧物流平台企业转型是前沿的发展方向,规划好平台的功能,具有重要的转型指导作用。文中结合中外运构建生鲜冷链智慧物流平台的情况,研究规划了平台的六大特点功能,总结了平台园区的功能布局规划要点,并提出了平台特点功能实现步骤,旨在依靠良好的功能规划,使得平台功能构建推进有计划、落地有成效,对物流企业生鲜冷链平台建设实践具有参考价值。

Under the new retail format,the transformation from fresh cold chain logistics enterprises to intelligent logistics platform enterprises is the frontier development direction,and a good function planning of the platform has an important guiding role in the transformation.Combining with the situation of constructing the fresh and cold chain intelligent logistics platform in Sinotrans,this paper studies and plans the six characteristic functions of the platform,summarizes the main points of the functional layout planning of the platform park,and puts forward the steps to realize the characteristic functions of the platform.The purpose is to make the platform function construction programmed and landed with good functional planning,which has reference value for logistics enterprises to build the fresh and cold chain platform.
