Research on the Listing Performance of SF Holding Based on Balanced Scorecard

随着快递业的不断发展转型,越来越多的快递企业选择以上市的方式进行融资。快递行业中的佼佼者--顺丰控股也不例外,在2017年借壳上市。以此为案例运用平衡计分卡综合分析其上市融资前后的绩效变化,尝试就如何提升顺丰控股上市绩效而提出建议。

With the continuous development and transformation of express industry,more and more express enterprises choose to go public for financing. SF holdings,a bellwether in the express industry,was also listed in a backdoor listing in 2017.Taking this case as an example,the balanced scorecard is used to comprehensively analyze the changes of its performance before and after the listing and financing,and try to put forward Suggestions on how to improve the listing performance of SF holding.
