摘要 随着社会节奏的加快,企业对物流应用型人才也提出了更高的要求。如何解决物流虚拟仿真实验室与真实企业运作差异,实体物流装备实验室难以跟上社会发展的步伐,文中探讨了紧密结合产业发展对高校人才培养的需求,紧密结合专业特色和行业产业发展最新成果,形成面向供应链、产教融合真实项目和"1+X物流职业技能实训"融合的基于智慧供应链的物流管理专业实验实训体系。 With the acceleration of the social rhythm,enterprises have put forward higher requirements for logistics technical talents. How to solve the difference between the logistics virtual simulation laboratory and the real enterprise operation,the physical logistics equipment laboratory is difficult to keep up with the pace of social development. This paper explores the demand for talent cultivation in colleges and universities in close integration with the mode of industrial development,it closely combines the latest achievements of professional characteristics and industrial development,to form a experimental training system which is smart supply chain based and oriented,production and education intergrated,and "1 X logistics vocational skills training".
