摘要
冷链物流人才的缺乏是影响冷链物流行业快速发展的瓶颈之一。为提升冷链物流人才培养质量,提高学生的综合能力,项目组提出跨专业协同教学模式,对物流管理(冷链物流方向)专业的核心课程《冷藏保鲜技术》进行教学改革和教学新模式的探索。文中主要阐述了《冷藏保鲜技术》跨专业协同教学模式研究的主要内容及解决的关键问题。
Lack of talents in cold chain logistics is one of the bottlenecks affecting the rapid development of cold chain logistics industry. In order to improve the training quality of cold chain logistics talents,and improve the comprehensive ability of students,our team proposes a cross-specialty team teaching model. This paper explores the teaching reform and new teaching model of the Refrigerated Preservation Technology which is the core course of logistics management( cold chain logistics) major.This paper mainly expounds the main contents and key problems of cross-specialty team teaching model of Refrigerated Preservation Technology course.
