摘要
在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义"精准扶贫"思想构成的背景下,地理标志农产品的发展对助力脱贫攻坚具有重要的意义。基于2018年对安徽、山东、河北3省消费者的调查数据,以黄山茶叶为研究对象,采用二元Logistic回归模型对消费者的地理标志农产品认知状况及其影响因素进行了实证分析。研究结果表明,较多消费者对目前我国食品安全状况评价不太乐观,他们对地理标志农产品附加值信息最关注的是营养价值,关注度最低的是历史文化体验感。消费者对地理标志农产品认知水平主要与消费者性别、年龄、文化程度和职业有关。
Under the background of Xi Jinping thought of "targeted poverty alleviation" under Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,the development of geographical indication agricultural products is of great significance in helping poverty alleviation.Based on the survey data of consumers in Anhui,Shandong and Hebei provinces in 2018,this paper takes Huangshan tea as the research object and adopts the binary Logistic regression model to conduct an empirical analysis on consumers' cognitive status of geographical indication agricultural products and its influencing factors.The results show that many consumers are not very optimistic about the current evaluation of China's food safety situation.They pay most attention to the nutritional value of geographical indication agricultural products' added value information,and pay the least attention to the sense of historical and cultural experience.Consumers' cognition level of geographical indication agricultural products is mainly related to their gender,age,education level and occupation.
