企业师徒制隐性知识共享的演化博弈分析 被引量:1

摘要 为促进企业师徒制隐性知识的共享,企业采取激励措施可有效促进师徒间隐性知识共享。运用演化博弈理论建立师徒制隐性知识共享的三方博弈模型,分析企业不同激励措施下各参与方行为的演化过程,并结合matlab软件仿真分析企业不同激励措施对师徒制隐性知识共享的影响。研究结果表明,企业的奖惩力度和风险奖金系数对师徒制隐性知识共享的演化结果有显著影响;企业的额外净收益、师傅的垄断利润和徒弟的学习成本对各方的策略选择均有影响。 In order to promote the sharing of tacit knowledge in the mentoring system of enterprises,enterprises can effectively promote the sharing of tacit knowledge between mentors and protégés.Using evolutionary game theory to establish a three-party game model of tacit knowledge sharing between the mentoring system,this paper analyzes the evolution process of each participant under different incentives,and combines Matlab software simulation to analyze the different incentives of enterprises for the tacit knowledge sharing of mentoring system.The results show:the reward and punishment of enterprises and the risk bonus coefficient have a significant impact on the evolution of the tacit knowledge sharing of the apprenticeship system;the extra net income of the enterprise,the monopoly profit of the mentors and the learning cost of the protégés have influences of the strategic choices for all parties.
