后现代“误构”模式下新型职业农民培育研究

摘要 后现代"误构"模式是后现代教育思想的重要组成部分,它反对科学话语霸权,认为"科学知识"和"叙事知识"具有同等的合法地位;不认同整体性、同一性,倡导建立一个开放的、多元的教育体系;呼唤真正平等的语言交流平台。其对新型职业农民培育的指导意义体现在:首先,要注重新型职业农民综合素质的提升,兼顾实用技能与人文素质的培育;其次,要精准瞄准不同类别的培训需求,建立分类培育机制;最后,要构建各利益相关方平等对话交流机制,以提升新型职业农民培育质量与效果。 Post-modern "misconstruction" mode is an important part of post-modern education thought.It opposes the hegemony of scientific discourse and believes that "scientific knowledge" and "narrative knowledge" have the same legal status.It does not agree with wholeness and identity and advocates the establishment of an open and pluralistic education system,calling for a truly equal platform for language communication.Its guiding significance to the cultivation of new professional farmers is reflected in the following aspects:First,we must pay attention to the improvement of the comprehensive quality of new professional farmers,and take into account the cultivation of practical skills and humanistic qualities;Secondly,we should aim at different types of training needs accurately and establish a classification and cultivation mechanism;Finally,it is necessary to establish the mechanism of dialogue and exchange among all stakeholders on an equal footing in order to improve the quality and effectiveness of the new type of professional farmers.
