主动性人格对大学生创业意向的影响机制研究——基于有调节的中介效应

The Mechanism of Proactive Personality Influencing College Students’ Entrepreneurial Intention

为探讨主动性人格对大学生创业意向的影响机制,基于创业者人格特质理论和成就需要理论,采用创业意向、主动性人格、成就需要和冒险倾向量表对1533名大学一年级至四年级的学生进行问卷调查,运用Mplus和Spss软件Process程序进行实证分析。研究结果表明:主动性人格对大学生创业意向具有显著正向影响,成就需要在主动性人格和创业意向之间起到部分中介作用,冒险倾向对成就需要和创业意向的关系起到调节作用,冒险倾向调节成就需要在主动性人格和创业意向之间的中介关系。研究结论不仅在理论上丰富了大学生创业意向的作用机制和边界条件,也为有效提高大学生创业意向提供了实践参考。

Based on entrepreneurial personality trait theory and achievement needs theory,this study explores the relationship between proactive personality and entrepreneurial intention.We investigated 1533 college students to explore the relationship between proactive personality,achievement needs,risk-taking tendency and entrepreneurial intention by constructing a moderated mediation effect model.Statistical analysis is conducted by using MPLUS and SPSS software PROCESS program.The results show that proactive personality has a significant positive impact on college students' entrepreneurial intention.Achievement needs play a partial mediating role between proactive personality and entrepreneurial intention.Risk-taking tendency plays a positive moderation role in the relationship between achievement needs and entrepreneurial intentions.Furthermore,risk-taking tendency moderates the partial mediating role of achievement needs in the relationship between proactive personality and entrepreneurial intention.The research conclusions reveal the mechanism and boundary conditions of proactive personality and entrepreneurial intention.It also provides some suggestions for effectively improving college students' entrepreneurial intention.
