“大众创业 万众创新”背景下财务金融专业人才培养模式研究——以天津市为例

Training Mode of Financial Management Talents Under the Background of "Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation": Taking Tianjin as an Example

针对目前我国高校财务金融专业普遍存在的问题,通过系统研究、分类整合、强化特色以及改革创新等方法,提出了"大众创业、万众创新"背景下具有前瞻性、针对性、时效性以及明确的教育观和质量关等特点的财务金融专业人才培养模式。该模式的核心思想在于集理论教学、科研和实践创业于一体,从通过打造本科生一对多学术团队、建立校企合作机制等方式提高创新研究和创新实践能力;探索新形势下高等教育发展规律;建设新型教学方案;建立中国特色哲学社会科学的学科体系;配合天津市经济建设与社会发展需求等方面展开,旨在培养创新型、实用型、奉献型和独立型的财务金融人才。

Aiming at the problems existing in the current financial management majors in China's universities,using the methods of systematic research,classification and integration,strengthening characteristics and reform and innovation,this paper proposes a financial management professional training model characterized by the concept of education and quality as well as attributes of being forward-looking,pertinent,time-sensitive and clear under the background of "Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation".The core idea of this model is to integrate theoretical teaching,scientific research and practical entrepreneurship.Through the establishment of one-to-many academic teams for undergraduates and the establishment of school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,research and innovation practice can be improved.To build a new teaching program and establish a disciplinary system of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics,innovative,practical,dedication and independent financial management talents need to be cultivated to meet Tianjin's economic construction and social development needs.
