高校教研一体化团队建设研究——以“遥感概论实验”课程为例

The Construction of Teaching and Research Integration Team: Taking the Course of "An Introduction to Remote Sensing Experiment" as an Example

教师的整体素质与教研能力是衡量高校办学质量和人才培养水平的重要标准,教学与科研一体化发展是提高教学质量、开展科研创新研究的重要途径。通过教研一体化团队建设,提升教师教研能力;依托"遥感概论实验"课程构建基于"组合模块"的教研内容体系;依据教研团队建设的关键因素分析,开展教研一体化团队建设的分工与合作;根据"遥感概论实验"课程要求及科研工作中对遥感技术的应用,明确团队成员教研能力需求,制定学术骨干、青年教研人员培养规划,开展教学观摩及教学讨论会。由此,教研团队成员的课堂组织、课堂讲授、语言表达等12项能力均有不同程度提升,课题申报成功率明显提高,团队合作氛围和谐,实现了教研可持续发展。

Teachers' overall quality and research ability are important criteria to measure the quality of university management and the level of personnel training.The integration of teaching and scientific research is an important way to improve teaching quality and develop innovative research in scientific research.Through the construction of integrated teaching and research team,this paper researches how to improve teachers' teaching and research ability.The paper constructs a teaching content system based on "Combination Module" through the course of "Remote Sensing Experiment".According to the critical requirement of the course "Remote Sensing Experiment" and the application of remote sensing technology in scientific research,the paper clarifies the needs of teaching and research ability of team members,and it formulates training plans for academic backbone,young teaching and research personnel.Then it conducts teaching observation and teaching seminars.The 12 abilities of teaching and research team members,such as classroom organization,classroom teaching,and language expression and so on,have been improved to varying degrees.The success rate of project declaration has been significantly improved,and the team cooperation atmosphere is harmonious.The sustainable development of teaching and research has been finally realized.
