摘要
文章介绍了澳大利亚按疾病诊断相关分组(diagnosis related group,DRG)支付制度基本情况和主要经验,旨在为我国DRG支付制度改革提出政策建议。澳大利亚DRG制度是国际上公认比较先进的医院效率质量控制和医疗费用支付制度,其成功经验可以从构建我国本土化DRG系统、建立标准化成本核算体系、加强组织保障等方面提供借鉴,从而推进我国DRG支付制度建设。
The article introduced the basic situation and experience of diagnosis related group(DRG)payment system in Australia,and put forward policy suggestions for DRG payment system reform in China. Australian DRG system is internationally recognized as an advanced payment system to control hospital efficiency quality and medical expense payment. It is suggested to learn from its successful experience to promote DRG payment system in China in order to construct localized DRG system,establish standardized cost accounting system and strengthen organizational guarantee.
