Shen Congwen is closely related to Freud's psychoanalytic theory.When he came to the city from remote Xiangxi,he started to have contact with Freud's modern psychology.The psychoanalytic theory became an important doctrine of his observation of the world,and also influenced his expression of love and life in urban life and the rural world.With the in-depth understanding of the theory and the development of his practice,his creation finally got rid of the reliance and restraint on the psychoanalytic theory,and thus became more graceful,expansive and far-reaching.
