摘要
家校协同促进孩子成长已经成为当下社会共识。但由于种种原因,农村小学家校协同却陷入了协而不同、责任模糊、内容偏狭、效率低下等困境。其化解路径与策略在于:树立立德树人家校协同新理念,建立功能互补家校协同新机制,创新全面实效的家校协同内容,构建丰富立体的家校协同网络。
It has been a social consensus to promote the growth of children through school-family collaboration.However,due to various reasons,family-school collaboration in rural elementary schools has encountered such difficulties as ineffective collaboration,indefinite responsibility,provincial content,and low efficiency.The solutions to this dilemma are expected to be the construction of a new concept of family-school collaboration by fostering morality education,the establishment of a new function-complementary mechanism,the innovation of the content with practical effect,and the development of a rich and multidimensional collaborative network.
