Research on Management System and Policy of Teacher-student Conflicts at Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Period

师生冲突涉及教师与学生两个重要群体,也集中体现在教育与管理两个重要领域。文章基于学生、教师和学校组织层面的视角,探索了高职院校师生冲突管理的一系列制度,提出了促进和改善高职院校师生冲突管理的政策建议。

Conflicts between teachers and students involve two important groups and are also concentrated on two important fields of education and management. From the perspectives of students, teachers and school organizations, this paper explores a series of systems for the management of teacher-student conflicts in higher vocational colleges and puts forward policy suggestions for the promotion and improvement of the management of teacher-student conflicts in higher vocational colleges.
