郑州市推进创新创业载体建设的思考

Thoughts on Promoting the Construction of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Carrier in Zhengzhou City

大力推动创新创业是党和政府的一项重要决策,“双创”载体建设对于改善创新创业环境、优化创新创业生态系统和推动形成大众创业、万众创新的新态势具有重要意义。目前郑州市“双创”载体建设取得了很大成绩,但还存在聚集效应不足、专业服务能力不强、配套设施不够完善、“双创”氛围不够浓厚等问题。进一步加强“双创”载体建设必须强化政策统筹,规范运行管理;优化功能布局,打造创新型孵化载体业态集群;创新孵化服务方式,提升创新型孵化载体服务功能。

Vigorously promoting innovation and entrepreneurship is an important decision of the Communist Party of China and the government. The construction of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" carrier is of great significance for improving the innovation and entrepreneurship environment, optimizing the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem, and promoting the formation of a new situation of mass entrepreneurship and innovation. At present great achievements have been made in the construction of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" carrier in Zhengzhou, but there are still some problems such as insufficient aggregation effect, weak professional service ability, imperfect supporting facilities, and inadequate "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" atmosphere. To further strengthen the construction of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" carrier, it is a must to strengthen the overall planning of policies, standardize the operation and management, optimize the functional layout, create the business type cluster of innovative incubation carrier, innovate the incubation service mode, and improve the service function of innovative incubation carrier.
