摘要
文章针对大批量变压器的检测、流转,检测数据的记录、管理和展示等问题,采用检测过程中管理智能化技术,搭建了变压器智能检测的整体流程,设计了一套基于RFID 标签的变压器智能检测和实验室管理系统,解决了变压器产品检测过程中的检测进度及突发性大批量检测管理难题,实现变压器实验室的信息融合和检测智能化。
In this paper, aiming at the problems of large-scale transformer detection, circulation, recording, management and display of test data, the whole process of transformer intelligent detection is constructed by using intelligent management technology in the process of detection, and a set of transformer intelligent detection and laboratory management system based on RFID tag is designed, which solves the difficult problem of quantity detection management for detection progress and sudden mass in the process of transformer product detection, and realizes information fusion and intelligent detection in transformer laboratory.
