摘要 为了灵活高效地将传统电路交换机中电话号码割接到IMS 系统中,减少割接过程中用户中断通话的时间,文章提出一种电力IMS 系统割接演进新方法。利用原电路交换机的呼叫转移功能,通过新开临时局向号,实现原电路交换机号码离散、高效地割接至IMS 系统。该方法既提高了IMS 割接时操作的灵活性,又达到对用户影响程度最小化的目标。本方案已经通过实际应用得到验证,具有良好的实用性及可推广性,为电力IMS 系统割接提供参考。 In order to cut the telephone numbers from traditional circuit switches into IMS system flexibly and efficiently, and reduce the interruption time of users during the cutting process. This paper proposes a new method for cutover evolution of power IMS system. By using the call forwarding function of traditional circuit switches and opening new temporary number, this method can achieve cutting the telephone numbers from traditional circuit switches into IMS system discretely and efficiently. This method not only improves the flexibility of IMS cut operation, but also achieves the goal of minimizing the impact on users.The scheme has been verified by practical application, and has good practicability and extensibility, which provides a reference for power IMS system cutover.
