摘要
针对智能变电站远动信息调试中的不足,文章通过研究报文解析方法,设计远动装置校核系统、调度主站快速对点系统实现智能变电站的远动信息自动对点。系统采用联合体思想实现IEC 104 报文解析,定义多个解码函数实现MMS 报文解析。远动装置校核系统根据SOE 时标、104 地址等要素的唯一性,设计MMS 通信中断信号点、遥测数据关联算法,形成完整的实际映射表。调度主站快速对点系统利用实际映射表,根据仿真信息记录表和调度主站记录数据表,通过SOE 时标的唯一性比对发送信息和接收信息是否一致,从而实现调度主站的快速对点。
In view of the shortcomings in the smart substation remote control device and scheduling master station debugging, this paper studies the message parsing method, designs remote control and check system, and schedules master station debugging system to realize the remote information automatic checkpoint of the smart substation. The system uses the idea of union to implement IEC104 message parsing, and defines multiple decoding functions to implement MMS message parsing. The remote control and check system based on the uniqueness of the SOE time scale and 104 address, and designs the MMS communication interruption signal point and the telemetry data association algorithm to form a complete actual mapping table. The scheduling master station debugging system utilizes the actual mapping table, according to the simulation information record table and the scheduling master station record data table, and the uniqueness of the SOE time scale is compared with whether the sending information and the received information are consistent, thereby realizing the fast matching point of the scheduling master station.
