新中国成立70年来,我们总体上形成了劳动人民当家作主,依靠劳动创造世界,劳动最光荣,劳动最伟大的整体社会文化价值观。总体上我们坚守了劳动道义,维护了尊重劳动,崇尚劳动,劳动平等的正能量,已经具备比较完善的宏观层次和具体操作层次的劳动法律法规系统,基本满足了尊重劳动的制度建设需要,并且一直十分重视全面倡导社会主义劳动美德。

In the 70 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, such overall social and cultural values have been accepted that the working people are the masters of the world, labor can change the world, labor is the most glorious and the greatest existence in the world. On the whole, we have adhered to the morality of labor, and have maintained the positive energy of respecting hard-working, advocating labor, and labor equality. The labor law and regulation systems at the macro-level and specific operational micro-level basically meet the needs of institutional construction inrespecting labor, and our society always attach great importance to comprehensively advocating the socialist virtue of labor.
