摘要
劳动伦理思想是马克思劳动思想的重要内容,和谐劳动关系是马克思劳动伦理思想关注的核心命题。新中国成立70年来我国劳动关系的阶段性演变是我国社会变迁的重要内容和标志,是马克思劳动伦理思想中国化的根本基础所在。70年来我国学界关于马克思劳动伦理思想的研究现状表明,和谐劳动关系是马克思劳动伦理思想研究亟需强化的命题。在社会主义初级阶段进入新时代,应以马克思劳动伦理思想为指导,开拓中国特色社会主义和谐劳动关系建设的新境界。
Labor ethics is an important part of Marxist labor thought, in which harmonious labor relationship is the core proposition. The staged evolution of China’s labor relations in the 70 years since the founding of PRC is an important content and an important symbol of China’s social change, and is the basis for the sinicization of Marxist labor ethics. The review of Marxist labor ethics in China in the past 70 years shows that the harmoniou labor relations is a proposition that Marxist labor ethics research needs to be strengthened. In the new era of socialism, we should take Marxist labor ethics as a guide and open up a new realm of socialist harmonious labor relations with Chinese characteristics.
