摘要
厘清青年劳动价值观的科学内涵;追寻其新中国成立70年来历史轨迹,建设时期劳动神圣,“文革”时期劳动激情,改革开放时期劳动理性,新时代劳动幸福;揭示了青年劳动价值观的主要特征和历史发展规律,以劳动幸福价值导向,铸就新时代劳动精神。
The paper clarifies the scientific connotation of youth labor values and traces back its historical track in the 70 years since the founding of PRC: being sacred during the construction period, being passionate during the “Cultural Revolution”period, being rational in the period of reform and opening up, and being happy in the new era. It also reveals the main characteristics of youth labor values and development law, aiming to be oriented by happiness of labor value to create the labor spirit in the new era.
