Innovative Management Mode——application of Project Management in Hospital Discipline Construction

学科建设是提升医院核心竞争力的重要手段,是医院可持续发展的原动力,笔者在分析国内医院在学科建设中存在的问题和难点的基础上,创新管理模式,将项目管理应用于学科建设中,并对具体做法及取得的成效进行分析总结,旨在为新形势下学科建设提供参考,为医院管理者提供一个新思路。

Discipline construction is an important means to promote the core competitiveness of hospitals as well as the basis for sustainable development of hospitals.Based on the analysis of the problems and difficulties which exist in the discipline construction for most of the hospitals,this paper offer an innovative management mode,applies project management to discipline construction,introduces the specific practice and sums up the experience of applying project management to discipline construction so as to provide hospital administrators with a new management model in hospital discipline construction in the new situation.
