国际疾病分类与肺部感染抗菌药物临床使用质控探讨

Analysis on Quality Control of Antimicrobial for Clinical Use in Pulmonary Infection by International Classification of Diseases

目的探讨国际疾病分类与肺部感染抗菌药物临床使用质控工作。方法对医院2016-2017年疾病分类为肺部感染病例抗菌药物临床使用情况进行统计分析。结果国际疾病分类所包含的信息被广泛应用于医疗、教学、科研、医院管理等诸多方面,而且已延伸至临床用药。结论国际疾病分类的利用决定于病案信息来源和管理,临床药师可以通过疾病分类筛选出肺部感染病例,作为基层医院临床用药重点质控对象,是指导临床用药与质控工作的新模式。

Objective To explore International Classification of Diseases (IDC-10) and quality control (QC) of antimicrobial for clinical use in pulmonary infection.Methods Statistical analysis was made on the clinical use of antimicrobial for diseases classified as pulmonary infection in a hospital from 2016 to 2017.Results International Classification of Diseases information is widely applied to medical,teaching,research,hospital management and many other aspects,and it has also been extended to clinical medication.Conclusion The usage of International Classification of Diseases is decided by medical record sources and management.It is a new model to guide clinical medication and quality control,in which clinical pharmacist can screen out pulmonary infections as the key QC object for clinical medication in primary hospitals.
