Practice and Reflection on the Whole Relocation Project of Large Comprehensive Hospital

大型综合医院的整体迁建项目是一个庞大、复杂的系统工程,其准确定位和严密的组织领导及配套机制是成功的决定因素。笔者介绍了湛江中心人民医院整体迁建项目建设的前期工作、设计、施工、进度及造价等重要环节的经验和做法,针对建设过程中存在的主要问题提出对策和建议,对于医院迁建工作有一定的借鉴意义。

The whole relocation project of large comprehensive general hospital is a very huge and complex systematic project.The key to success lies in its exact orientation,the strict leadership of organization and supporting mechanism.In this paper,the author expounds the details of the experiences and practices of the key aspects such as pre-construction work,design,construction,progress and cost of the whole relocation of the Zhanjiang Central People's Hospital.The author also puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the main problems existing in the process of construction,which offers significant reference significance for the relocation of the hospital.
