肠内营养支持治疗肺癌合并呼吸衰竭患者的效果探讨

Effect of Enteral Nutrition Support in Patients with Lung Cancer Complicated with Respiratory Failure

目的探析肠内营养支持治疗肺癌合并呼吸衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法此次病例研究所选择的时间为2016年3月-2018年9月,以我院接收的肺癌合并呼吸衰竭者68例为研究对象,根据数字随机法分设组别。行静脉营养支持疗法治疗对比组,行肠内营养疗法治疗研究组。观察两组的血液指标改善情况,营养状况改善情况,及病发症率、死亡率和营养评分情况。结果对比组血液指标改善情况明显低于研究组;对比组营养状况改善情况均明显低于研究组;对比组的并发症率、死亡率均明显高于研究组;治疗后,对比组的营养评分情况明显低于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肺癌合并呼吸衰竭者行肠内营养支持疗法治疗,有助于治疗综合效果的提升,使病发症率、死亡率发生减少,改善患者病情,促进营养吸收。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of enteral nutrition support in the treatment of lung cancer with respiratory failure.Method From March 2016 to September 2018,68 lung cancer patients with respiratory failure in our hospital were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into groups.The control group received intravenous nutrition support therapy and the study group received enteral nutrition therapy.The improvement of blood index,nutritional status,morbidity,mortality and nutritional score were observed.Result The improvement of blood indicators in the control group was significantly lower than that in the study group;the improvement of nutritional status in the control group was significantly lower than that in the study group;the complication rate and mortality rate in the control group were significantly higher than that in the study group;after treatment,the nutritional score in the control group was significantly lower than that in the study group,with statistical significance ( P <0.05).Conclusion Enteral nutrition support therapy for lung cancer patients with respiratory failure is conducive to improving the comprehensive effect of treatment,reducing the morbidity and mortality,improving the patient's condition and promoting nutritional absorption.
