摘要
目的探讨碱性磷酸酶、C反应蛋白、D-二聚体与腔隙性脑梗死关系。方法选取2018年6月-2018年12月我院收治的50例腔隙性脑梗死的患者为观察组,选取本院同期排除腔隙性脑梗死患者50例作为对照组,检测两组患者碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、D-二聚体(D-Dimer)水平,分析ALP、CRP、D-Dimer等指标水平与腔隙性脑梗死的相关性。结果轻度梗死组、中度梗死组、重度梗死组ALP、CRP、D-Dimer水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ALP、CRP、D-Dimer水平与腔隙性脑梗死均有显著正相关关系(rs=0.836,0.921,0.875,P=0.021,0.014,0.018)。结论碱性磷酸酶、C反应蛋白、D-二聚体水平与腔隙性脑梗死有相关性。
Objective To investigate the relationship between alkaline phosphatase,C-reactive protein,D-dimer and lacunar infarction.Methods 50 patients with lacunar infarction admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the observation group and 50 patients diagnosed as having no lacunar infarction in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of alkaline phosphatase (ALP),C-reactive protein (CRP),D-dimer in the two groups were detected,and the correlation between ALP,CRP,D-Dimer and lacunar infarction was analyzed.Results The levels of ALP,CRP and D-Dimer in patients with mild infarction,moderate infarction and severe infarction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P <0.05);the levels of ALP,CRP and D-Dimer were positively correlated with lacunar infarction ( r =0.836,0.921,0.875,P =0.021,0.014,0.018).Conclusion ALP,CRP and D-Dimer levels are positively correlated with lacunar infarction.High levels of ALP,CRP and D-Dimer are related with the pathogenesis of lacunar infarction.
