现阶段,智慧城市如果要得以长效发展,则必须建立于健全城市规划的前提下。分析了新时期城市规划受到智慧城市发展的多种影响,并且明确了城市规划与智慧城市发展之间的内在联系。在此基础上,提出了现阶段开展城市规划以及构建智慧城市的具体思路。

At the present stage,if wise cities want to develop in a long term,they must be established on the premise of sound urban planning.This paper analyses that urban planning in the new era is influenced by the development of smart cities,and clarifies the internal relationship between urban planning and smart city development. On this basis,this paper puts forward the specific ideas of developing urban planning and building smart cities at the present stage.
