高钛重矿渣混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性试验研究

摘要 应用高钛重矿渣替代普通砂石作为粗细骨料配制C30高钛重矿渣混凝土,采用快速氯离子迁移系数法对其进行抗氯离子渗透试验,得出DRCM值为3. 3×10^-12m^2/s,根据《普通混凝土长期性能和耐久性能试验方法标准》及《混凝土耐久性检验评定标准》判定此高钛重矿渣混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能的等级为RCM-Ⅲ、耐久性水平推荐意见为较好。 C30 high-titanium heavy slag concrete was prepared by using high-titanium heavy slag instead of common sand as coarse and fine aggregate. The rapid chloride ion migration coefficient method was used to test its resistance to chloride ion penetration. The DRCMvalue was 3. 3 ×10^-12 m^2/s. According to Standard for Long-term Property and Durability of Ordinary Concrete and Standard for Testing and Evaluating Durability of Concrete,the grade of chloride ion permeability resistance of high-titanium heavy slag concrete is RCM-Ⅲ,and the recommendation of durability level is better.
