This paper mainly analyzes and summarizes the development of highway pavement detection technology at home and abroad and the transformation and application of research results. This paper describes some new automatic detection equipment and technologies in the aspects of road damage,road smoothness,road bending and road skid resistance,analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of various modern road detection technologies,and summarizes the main development trends.
