摘要
郑州市农业路快速通道主线高架桥上跨京广铁路(38. 87+40+32. 5)m预应力混凝土箱型梁采用拖拉法顶推工艺,具有难度大、郑州市内首次应用等特点,通过对混凝土预制、临时墩、钢导梁、正式顶推、落梁、监测等关键技术进行阐述,该工艺可以有效解决在城市狭窄地段,以较小的拆迁量和保障运营安全为前提上跨铁路干线,为以后类似工程提供很好的借鉴经验。
The pulling method is used in the prestressed concrete box girders of the main Viaduct of Zhengzhou Nongyelu expressway overcrossing Beijing-Guangzhou Railway line( 38. 87 + 40 + 32. 5) m,which is the first time to be applied in Zhengzhou. The key technologies such as concrete prefabrication,temporary pier,steel guide girder,formal pushing,falling girder and monitoring are elaborated in this article. The technologies can effectively solve the problems of constructing cross the main railway lines in the narrow section of the city on the premise of small demolition volume and safe operation and also provide a good reference for similar projects in the future.
