This paper summarizes the basic characteristics of garden city,expounds the main concepts of landscape design in urban planning,including taking garden culture as the center and ensuring the ecological function of landscape,and finally puts forward several technical points,such as emphasizing the artistic conception design of garden landscape and strengthening the design of independent landscape through the application of landscape design skills,in order to discuss with the colleagues in the industry. Promote the development of landscape design and the improvement of technology in urban planning.
