Research on the Long Term Mechanism of College Students’ Volunteer Service under the Construction of Application-oriented University

在应用型大学建设背景下,推进大学生志愿服务长效机制建设,是强化社会责任意识、规则意识、奉献意识的重要体现。从大学生志愿服务的含义、特征和基本原则入手,分析我国大学生志愿服务的现状及原因,在健全制度机制、完善管理体系、搭建和拓展活动平台、创新品牌项目、发挥先进典型模范作用、完善政策法律保障等方面研究应用型大学建设背景下大学生志愿服务长效机制建设。

In the context of the construction of application-oriented universities, promoting the long-term mechanism of college students’ volunteer service is an important manifestation of strengthening social responsibility awareness, rule awareness and dedication. Starting with the meaning, characteristics and basic principles of college students’ volunteer service, the current situation and reasons of college students’ volunteer service are analyzed, and the construction of long term mechanism of college students’ volunteer service under the construction of application-oriented university is studied through improving the institutional mechanism, perfecting the management system, building and expanding the activity platform, innovating the brand project, giving full play to the role of an advanced model and perfecting the policy and legal protection.
