The details of the purchase management of Jizhou hardware merchants of Beijing in modern China are systematically studied, and the details of the variety and source of goods, the mode of purchase and payment, and the strategy of purchase are analyzed. It can be seen that the Jizhou hardware merchants attached great importance to the purchase management, and realized the dual importance of the links and details of purchase.
