Based on the application value of BIM technology in the construction process,the project team discussed in detail the possibility of each BIM application goal,determined the project and team characteristics,and balanced consideration of additional project risks and input costs. According to the characteristics of the project,three application points are identified,including collision inspection,steel structure deepening design and pipeline comprehensive design. Through the application of BIM simulation analysis technology in the construction of Xixian Youth Pioneer Park project,the application goal of BIM is achieved,the parameterization and visualization of the whole project are realized,the risk is effectively controlled,and the informationization level and overall quality of the construction industry are improved.
