摘要
基于BIM技术在施工过程中的应用价值,项目团队详细讨论了每项BIM应用目标的可能性,确定项目和团队特点,均衡考虑额外项目风险和投入成本。清晰认识和理解模型信息用途,根据项目特点,确定了三个应用点,包括碰撞检查、钢结构深化设计、管线综合设计。通过BIM模拟分析技术在西咸青年创业园项目施工中的应用,达到了BIM的应用目标,实现了整个项目的参数化、可视化,有效控制风险,提高建筑业信息化水平和整体质量。
Based on the application value of BIM technology in the construction process,the project team discussed in detail the possibility of each BIM application goal,determined the project and team characteristics,and balanced consideration of additional project risks and input costs. Clearly understand and understand the use of model information. According to the characteristics of the project,three application points are identified,including collision inspection,steel structure deepening design and pipeline comprehensive design. Through the application of BIM simulation analysis technology in the construction of Xixian Youth Pioneer Park project,the application goal of BIM is achieved,the parameterization and visualization of the whole project are realized,the risk is effectively controlled,and the informationization level and overall quality of the construction industry are improved.
