摘要
目的探讨乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)感染者血清视黄醇结合蛋白4(RBP4)水平及与不同类型肝脏疾病间的关系,并分析感染者血清谷氨酸氨基转氨酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBIL)与RBP4水平的相关性。方法 对临床已确诊的乙型肝炎肝硬化患者(LC)18例、重型肝炎肝衰竭患者(LF)15例、慢性乙型肝炎(chronic hepatitis B,CHB)患者25例及健康体检者(Con)30例(对照组)用ELISA检测血清RBP4含量,RT-PCR检测血清中HBV-DNA载量,全自动生化仪检测血清中ALT和TBIL含量,并分析RBP4与 HBV- DNA、ALT、TBIL的相关性。结果 LC、LF及CHB组患者血清RBP4含量与Con组比较,差异有统计学意义( P <0.05);LC组患者血清RBP4含量与血清HBV-DNA载量呈负相关( P <0.05);LC、LF组患者血清RBP4含量与ALT、TBIL均呈负相关( P <0.05)。结论 HBV感染者血清RBP4水平可反映HBV的感染程度与肝损伤的程度,监测HBV感染者血清RBP4水平对于及时诊断治疗HBV感染具有一定意义。
Objective To explore the relationship between levels of retinol-binding protein 4 (RBP4)and different types of liver diseases in patients infected HBV,and analysed the correlation between ALT,TBIL and RBP4. Methods Eighteen patients clinically with confirmed hepatitis B cirrhosis (LC),15 patients with severe hepatitis and liver failure (LF),25 patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB)and 30 healthy persons (Con)were examined. Serum RBP4 content was detected by ELSA,HBV-DNA load was detected by RT-PCR,ALT and TBIL were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer,and the correlation between RBP4 and HBV-DNA,ALT and TBIL was analyzed. Serum RBP4 content was detected by ELSA,HBV-DNA load was detected by RT-PCR,ALT and TBIL were detected by automatic biochemical instrument,and the correlation between RBP4 and HBV-DNA,ALT and TBIL was analyzed. Results The RBP4 serum levels in LC,LF and CHB groups were significantly lower than those in Con group ( P <0.05);There was a negative correlation between serum RBP4 content and HBV-DNA load in LC group ( P <0.05);The serum Serum RBP4 content in LC and LF groups was negatively correlated with ALT and TBIL( P <0.05). Conclusions The level of RBP4 in serum of patients with HBV infection can reflect the degree of HBV and liver injury. Monitoring the level of RBP in serum of patients with HBV infection has certain significance for timely diagnosis and treatment of HBV infection.
