摘要
肿瘤作为一种常见疾病,严重危害人们的健康和生命。二氢杨梅素(dihydromyricetin,DHM)是一种天然黄酮类化合物,主要存在于葡萄科蛇葡萄属植物中,尤其在藤茶中含量最高。DHM在肿瘤临床治疗实践中具有广阔的应用前景,并且毒副作用小,值得未来深入地研究和探索。文中就DHM的4种抗肿瘤作用机制:诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,诱导肿瘤细胞周期阻滞、抑制其生长,抑制肿瘤侵袭和转移,使肿瘤细胞对化疗药物的敏感性提高作一综述。
As a common disease,tumors seriously endanger people s health and life.Dihydromyricetin(DHM)is a natural flavonoid found mainly in the genus Viburnum,especially in vine tea.DHM has broad application prospects in the clinical treatment of tumors,and its toxic and side effects are small,which is worthy of further research and exploration in the future.In this paper,four anti-tumor mechanisms of DHM are reviewed:inducing tumor cell apoptosis,inducing tumor cell cycle arrest,inhibiting its growth,restraining tumor invasion and metastasis,and improving the sensitivity of tumor cells to chemotherapeutic drugs.
