大数据时代给量化投资人才培养带来了机遇与挑战,高校应契合投资人才“工科化”趋势,创新优化人才培养方案。本文通过结合不同时代对人才培养的需求重点分析大数据时代量化投资人才的需求特征,探讨当前高校投资人才培养模式中的问题和不足,结合安徽财经大学量化投资人才培养实践经验及结果,提出创新相应培养模式的可能方法。在新的时代背景之下,高校应勇于创新和探索,培养出具有扎实理论基础和创新思维能力的高素质量化投资人才。

The era of big data brings opportunities and challenges to the education of quantitative investment talents. Colleges and universities should match the trend of "engineering" in investment talents, and innovate education programs to optimize the talents cultivation. This paper analyzes the demand characteristics of quantitative investment talents in the era of big data by combining the needs of talent cultivation in different eras, discusses the problems and deficiencies in the current investment talent training mode of colleges and universities, and combines the practical experience and results of quantitative investment talent training in Anhui University of Finance and Economics to propose innovation. Possible methods for the corresponding culture mode. Under the background of the new era, colleges and universities should be brave in innovation and exploration, and cultivate high-quality quantitative investment talents with solid theoretical foundation and innovative thinking ability.
