基于文化对人的行为和心理塑型的角度,分析文化对人的思维、行为、逻辑之间存在关系为框架,发现文化传承过程中概念的理论指向与抽象逻辑之间存在内涵转移,抽象与逻辑,实践与认知的理论与实践范畴出现理论与现实指向的错位与矛盾。基于错位逻辑理论,管理过程根植理念失效,规范行为失序,审视理论与现实困境,给出应对策略。

Based on the perspective of cultural behavior and psychological shaping of human beings, this paper analyses the relationship between culture and human thinking, behavior and logic as a framework, and finds that in the process of cultural inheritance, there are connotative shifts between the theoretical orientation of concepts and abstract logic, and there are dislocations and contradictions between the theoretical and practical orientations of practice and cognition. Based on the theory of dislocation logic, the management process is rooted in the failure of ideas, the disorder of normative behavior, the dilemma of theory and reality are examined, and the countermeasures are given.
